Locate the scenario file mandate_double.gms in ..\gams\pol_input\userScens and adjust the reference file to “pol_input\userScens\ref.gms” (line 17)
Locate the policy file double_biof_mandate.gms in …\gams\scen\bio_fuels.
Results
Generate the reference file res_2_1730userScens_refdefaultA.gdx by running the reference scenario with only the market module, choosing “Dir: userScens, Files: ref”. Or store this file in …\output\results\capmod.
Generate the simulation results file res_2_1730userScens_mandate_doubledefaultA.gdx by running the scenario with only the market model, choosing “Dir: userScens, Files: mandate_double”. Or store this file in …\output\results\capmod.
